Service Terms

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Beam's Window Cleaning Inc in British Columbia, Canada. They form part of your agreement with us when you approve an estimate or book work.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote becomes a booking only once we confirm it with you. The price we quote is the price you pay for the work described in it. If the scope changes on site (for example, additional windows or conditions we couldn't see when quoting), we'll tell you and agree on any change with you before doing extra work.

Scheduling and access

We arrive within the scheduled window and need reasonable access to the areas being cleaned. If we can't access the property at the scheduled time, we'll work with you to reschedule.

48-hour streak-free guarantee

If you find a streak or a spot we missed, tell us within 48 hours of the job and we'll come back and fix it free of charge. This guarantee covers the work performed and doesn't cover new soiling after the job is complete.

Insurance and safety

Beam's Window Cleaning Inc carries liability insurance and WCB coverage. Our crews follow safe work practices, and we may decline or modify work we judge unsafe to perform.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise in writing (for example, scheduled commercial accounts).

Property and pre-existing conditions

We take care of your property and are responsible for damage directly caused by our work. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage or defects (such as failed window seals, fogged double panes, or fragile fixtures) that we identify and bring to your attention. If you believe our work caused damage, tell us as soon as you notice it so we can inspect and resolve it.
